1. Operational Coverage
- We serve designated wards, mahallas, and residential communities within Rangpur city.
- Your delivery zone is checked dynamically during checkout using your selected address or GPS map pin.
2. Daily Slot Timings
- Afternoon Slot (Slot 1): Order before 12:00 PM cutoff — Delivered between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
- Evening Slot (Slot 2): Order before 6:00 PM cutoff — Delivered between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
3. Transparent Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees are determined by active zone distance and qualifying cart totals.
- Orders reaching the minimum spend threshold unlock Free Delivery automatically.
- All delivery charges and savings are displayed clearly in your cart summary before you place an order.
4. Doorstep Delivery Protocol
- Our riders will phone your contact number upon reaching your address or landmark.
- Please ensure your phone is reachable during your chosen delivery window.
