These Terms of Service govern the access and use of BazaarBee in Rangpur, Bangladesh, in alignment with the Bangladesh Digital Commerce Operation Guidelines 2021 and Consumer Rights Protection Act 2009.
1. Service Scope & Ordering Rules
- BazaarBee provides scheduled doorstep grocery fulfillment across designated operational zones of Rangpur City Corporation.
- Customers must maintain an active Bangladeshi mobile number capable of receiving transactional SMS OTPs to place and manage orders.
2. Delivery Slots & Cutoff Schedule
- Slot 1 (Afternoon Delivery): Orders placed before 12:00 PM cutoff are scheduled for delivery between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM.
- Slot 2 (Evening Delivery): Orders placed before 6:00 PM cutoff are scheduled for delivery between 7:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
- Orders placed after a designated cutoff time automatically roll over to the next available scheduled delivery slot.
3. Pricing, Invoicing & Product Availability
- All product prices, delivery fees, and discount savings are listed transparently in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and stored in exact paisa integers without hidden surcharges.
- Products are sourced directly from authorized manufacturer dealers. In the rare event an ordered item is temporarily unavailable from the supplier after cutoff, our team will notify you immediately and deduct the amount from your final bill before dispatch.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Agreement
- BazaarBee operates on a strict Cash on Delivery agreement. Placing an order constitutes a mutual commitment to receive the order at your designated address and pay the exact invoice amount upon delivery.
- Customers are requested to verify their received goods with the delivery rider before handing over cash payment.
5. Order Cancellation & Force Majeure
- Orders may be cancelled freely through your account dashboard or customer care prior to the respective slot cutoff time and procurement dispatch.
- In case of extreme weather conditions, road blockades, or unforeseen logistical obstacles, our operations team will promptly notify affected customers with revised delivery estimates.
